Each evening begins promptly at 7:00 PM on the rooftop terrace with a glass of bubbles. Dinner then follows a five-course chef’s menu and lasts approximately three and a half hours, concluding around 10:30 PM. Between courses, guests have opportunities to move around and interact with other diners.
The fixed dinner price is currently US$130 per person, including the arrival glass of bubbles. An optional wine pairing is available, although the restaurant does not publish a fixed pairing price because its wines change with the menu approximately every eight to ten weeks. A full bar with mixed drinks and alcohol-free options is also available. Due to the restaurant’s cooking methods, vegetarian and vegan dishes cannot currently be accommodated.
