Fusion Wine & Piano Bar

Fusion Restaurant Wine & Piano Bar is a restaurant and nightlife venue at J.E. Irausquin Boulevard 47 in Alhambra Mall, next to Alhambra Casino in Aruba. Fusion combines a steakhouse restaurant with a wine and cocktail bar, lounge, terrace and live entertainment. The restaurant is currently open every day from 5:00 PM until 1:00 AM.

The current menu focuses on Angus beef, grilled dishes and tapas. Steak selections include an 8 oz Black Angus Tenderloin, 16 oz Black Angus Ribeye and Cowboy Rib Eye, while additional choices include Caribbean rock lobster, garlic shrimp, cedarwood-smoked salmon, grilled ahi tuna and slow-cooked short rib. Tapas and starters currently include tomato bruschetta, chorizo and shrimp croquettes, crispy calamari, salmon ceviche, shrimp al ajillo and Vineyard Escargots.

Wine and cocktails are central to the Fusion concept. The restaurant publishes an extensive wine list covering sparkling wines, Champagne, white, rosé and red wines from a range of international regions. Its current cocktail menu includes drinks such as Local Vibe, Fusion Delight, Smoked Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini and Fusion Sangria. Fusion also offers hot and cold tapas intended to accompany its wine and cocktail selection.

Live entertainment is offered daily, with Fusion featuring local musicians and different musical styles. Visitors with food allergies should notify staff; Fusion states that it takes precautions but cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
