Linda’s Dutch Pancakes

Linda’s Dutch Pancakes is a breakfast restaurant at Palm Beach 6-D in Aruba. Linda opened the restaurant in 2001 with the goal of bringing authentic Dutch pancakes, or pannenkoeken, to the island. The business states that her sons continue preparing the pancakes from the same family recipe today. Linda’s is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and is closed on Sunday.

Dutch pancakes are the main focus of the current menu. Guests can choose established combinations or build their own using fruit, sweet and savory toppings. Linda’s identifies Bacon & Apple as its number-one bestseller and Strawberries & Whipped Cream as a fan favorite. Other current choices include Bacon & Cheese, Apple & Raisin, Brie with Walnuts & Honey, tropical fruit combinations and several ham-and-Gouda options.

The menu also includes omelets and sandwiches. Current omelet selections include Vegetable, Meat & Cheese and Farmer’s, while sandwiches include Ham & Gouda, Salami & Gouda, Tuna Salad, Bacon Lettuce & Tomato and Brie with Walnuts & Honey. Drinks include coffee, fresh orange juice, soft drinks, beer, mimosas and several cocktails. Pizza is not listed on the current official menu and should not remain part of the Aruba Discovery description unless Linda’s confirms that it has returned.

Linda’s also publishes detailed dietary information. The restaurant states that it has offered gluten-free food since 2009, using dedicated gluten-free flour without shared fryers or preparation surfaces. Almond, soy and oat milk are available as dairy-free alternatives, and egg-free preparation is available on request. Linda’s does not accept reservations, so visitors can arrive as walk-ins during the published operating hours.
