The north-coast section includes stops and sightseeing at Natural Bridge, Bushiribana Gold Mill Ruins and Wariruri Bay Blowhole. The route also reaches the Natural Cave Pool area, but access to the water there is currently closed for safety. The tour instead includes a brief stop at Pearl Cove, where guests may enter the water.
The countryside portion uses smoother paved roads and passes desert hills and rock formations. Published itinerary stops include Casibari Rock Formation, Ayo Rock Formation, a small local farming stop with donkeys, and a local food shack where a pastechi is included.
The tour includes water bottles, helmets, guide and history information, and the pastechi snack. Guests are advised to bring sunglasses, water shoes, sunscreen and swimming clothes. The experience is not wheelchair accessible and is not recommended for pregnant travelers or guests with back problems, heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
