Brutto Aruba Restaurant

Brutto Aruba, also presented by the business as Brutto Beach House, is a restaurant at J.E. Irausquin Boulevard 374 in Palm Beach, Aruba. Its concept centers on meals designed for sharing, combining a sushi bar with international dishes prepared using techniques and ingredients drawn from different cuisines. The Aruba Tourism Authority also identifies Brutto as a Palm Beach restaurant with sushi, sashimi and shareable dishes.

The current menu at Brutto Aruba includes sushi rolls, sashimi, tuna crudo, oysters and other raw-bar selections. Small plates include tuna tacos, salmon tacos, tuna crispy rice, lobster hand rolls, octopus, sliders and rock shrimp buns. The menu also includes Mexican-style tacos, providing additional options designed for sharing.

Larger dishes range from rib eye and beef filet to Miso Salmon, catch of the day, Lobster Mac & Cheese, risotto and seafood sticky-rice paella. Brutto also serves cocktails and wines, while its official website highlights Osaka Memories as one of its signature cocktails. A kids menu is currently available with options including mini cheeseburgers, fish and chips, pasta Bolognese and Margherita pizza.

The restaurant includes a terrace and a sushi-bar area, and its official website states that the venue can accommodate up to 180 people. Brutto also features live DJ sessions as part of its evening experience.
