Aqua Windies

Aqua Windie’s Aruba is a family-operated scuba diving and watersports center located at Caya Harmonia 4 in Oranjestad. The business has operated in Aruba for more than 30 years and provides diving, snorkeling and pool-based activities from its facility, which includes two swimming pools and a scuba retail shop.

Scuba diving is a central part of Aqua Windie’s services. The center offers PADI diving activities and allows divers to complete training in its pool before entering open water. Aruba Tourism Authority notes that Aqua Windie’s conducts diving in small groups, while individual dive trips and certification requirements vary by product.

Guided snorkeling is also available for different experience levels. Current snorkeling tours include beginner-oriented trips, drift snorkeling and extended combination tours, with shared snorkeling groups limited to a maximum of six guests. Snorkeling equipment and professional guidance are included on the published guided tours.

Beyond diving and snorkeling, Aqua Windie’s offers aqua fitness classes, swimming activities and equipment rentals. The facility includes a half-Olympic-size swimming pool, and the shop provides snorkeling and scuba equipment for purchase or rental.
