A Day to Release, Root and Begin Again
A new year can be an invitation to consider what matters to you and create space for what is ready to grow. Seeds of Renewal follows the natural rhythm of growth. Just like a seed, we need moments of stillness, nourishment, patience and care before we can begin to flourish.
Throughout the day, you will be invited to reflect on where you are, explore your intentions and consider how you wish to feel, live and grow in 2027. You do not need to arrive with clear answers or a finished plan. There is no expectation to share personal experiences or participate beyond your comfort level. You are welcome to move through the retreat at your own pace, honoring your boundaries and needs.
What to Expect at This Aruba Wellness Retreat
Welcome and Intention Setting
Your day begins with a refreshing welcome smoothie, a symbolic foot-washing ritual and a welcoming circle. You will write an intention to return to and symbolically plant later in the day.
The Art of Surrender
Slow down during a sound bath, allowing yourself to rest with the soothing sounds and vibrations.
Under the Soil
Sacred silence and journaling offer a quiet opportunity to turn inward, reflect on your personal journey and explore what you wish to nurture in the year ahead.
The Garden Within
Through visualization, reflection and vision board creation, you will explore how you wish to feel, live and grow in 2027.
All vision board materials are provided. Your completed board is yours to take home as a reminder of the intentions you explored during the retreat.
Nourishing the Roots
Enjoy a nourishing vegetarian lunch, prepared with care and gratitude, accompanied by refreshing natural drinks.
Fresh fruit and light snacks are also included, with water and tea available throughout the day. Please inform the hosts in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
The Beauty of Rest
Take time to rest, recharge and simply enjoy being present without expectations or activities.
Planting What Is Becoming
Return to the intention you wrote during the welcome circle and symbolically plant it into the earth, accompanied by a gentle water blessing.
Hibiscus Tea and Closing Circle
The day closes with mindful hibiscus tea drinking, gratitude and reflection—a moment to consider what you wish to carry into the new year.
